My First Flying Lesson

Location: FAS UDARA FLYING CLUB Date : 7 March 2010 Time: 8.00AM

Arrived at FAS Udara Flying Club at 8.00am. The weather was a bit cloudy and not sure of getting permission for flying from control tower.

First filled up application form for daily membership, and then signed Indemnity Form. Captain Dylan Morvryn arrived and took us to the Cessna. He started briefing us about 30 minutes. Then we had to get approval from control tower and fortunately we were allowed for the first round.

Captain started the engine and took the plain on the runway. It took off very smoothly. Started to reach 500 ft but further flew up to 1000 ft . Captain was in control of the plain at all time, and very good at explaining so I am not afraid of anything. He allowed me to take some control like controlling pedals, turning the plane around.
It was a fantastic experience to fly above skyscrapers & turn the plane around, make a drop….etc.

After 20 minutes in the air, turned the plane back to the airport. The plane was flying very smoothly in the air. Fantastic, it really was a very smooth landing, even better than that of commercial aircrafts.

My friends asked my experience when I got out of the plain.

“ Never imagined to take control of a plane! But it really happened. Amazing experience to fly Cessna and really enjoyed it. I will fly again. Anything is possible. Sky has no limit. Just take action.”

Special thanks to Revelation Rewards & Capt Dylan!
